Thirty four is not a large number and it is not meant to be. We staff a dedicated team per account rather than spreading one assistant across five clients, so the number of accounts running at once is capped on purpose.

Why in house matters

What does an in-house virtual assistant agency mean?

It means your specialists work together in an operations center we run, on managed systems, under a named supervisor who reviews output daily. You get dedicated specialists, documented processes and backup coverage instead of a collection of freelancers you have to coordinate yourself.

How the two models differ on the things you can check yourself.
What you are buying GrowthDesk VA A contractor network
Where the work happens One operations center, three floors, managed equipment Wherever the contractor lives
Who checks the work A named floor supervisor, daily Usually you, unless the vendor adds a manager
How work is reviewed A named supervisor checks output against the role and process, daily You usually check it unless the vendor adds a manager
Visibility into delivery Daily notes, dashboards and completed work in systems you control Varies by contractor and tool access
Cover when someone is sick A team runs the account from a written process Often stops until they are back
Replacing a poor performer Tell the supervisor, we swap them, no charge Usually you re-hire and retrain
Who owns the accounts and data You do, in your own logins Varies, often the vendor

How do you know a remote team is actually getting the work done?

You should not have to chase updates or hope for the best. Each account has a named supervisor, documented workflows, daily visibility, backup coverage and work kept inside systems you control. The same oversight applies across admin, finance support, design, marketing, customer service and sales.

01

One supervised office, three floors

Forty specialists on managed systems in dedicated teams, each running their own client accounts. Nobody on your account is working alone from a kitchen table with no one checking on them.

02

A supervisor reviews the work daily

Every account has a named floor supervisor who checks output. You will know their name and you will hear from them in the first week.

03

Role-specific quality checks

Admin work is checked against the process, bookkeeping support is reconciled, creative and campaigns are reviewed, and phone work is recorded and scored when calling is part of the role.

04

A team does not take sick days

Your account is covered by a team working from the same written process, so one person being out sick or on vacation does not stop the work. A single hire cannot do that.

05

If someone is not performing, we replace them

You tell your supervisor and we swap the person out. You do not post a job, screen anyone, or run interviews, and you are not charged for the change.

06

You own the accounts, data and source files

The team works inside your CRM, bookkeeping platform, ad accounts, design files and phone system. Your data and completed work stay with you if you ever leave.

Getting started

How quickly can a team be working?

For functions we staff continuously, approved work can begin within 3 business days after required access is available. We use those first days for tools, role assignment and a written workflow. A specialist role that must be recruited takes longer, and the proposal states the expected start date.

1

A call to work out what you need

Thirty minutes. You walk us through where the work is piling up. We tell you which role or mix of specialists would cover it and what it costs. If we are not the right fit we say so on the call.

2

We build the team and learn your process

We assign the right specialist or mix of specialists and a floor supervisor, get set up inside your accounts, and document how you want the work done.

3

Approved work begins

Your approved work begins. You get daily notes, a written weekly summary, a dashboard you can open yourself, and access to completed work and source files.

Pricing

How much does a virtual assistant cost?

A part time seat is $600 to $900 a month for around 20 hours a week. A full time seat is $1,000 to $1,600 for around 40 hours a week. Where you land depends on the function, tools, specialism and hours. There is no setup fee and no long-term contract.

Around 20 hours a week

Part time seat

$600 to $900/ month

Where you land in the range depends on the function.

For recurring work that does not yet fill a full day: inbox and calendar, bookkeeping support, CRM upkeep, customer follow-up, design requests or admin.

  • One specialist who owns your account, with team cover when they are out
  • Floor supervisor included
  • Daily notes and a weekly summary

For comparison: one generalist hire gives you one skill set and leaves you managing the role. GrowthDesk VA lets you start with one seat, add specialists as needed, and keep supervisor and backup coverage included.

Standalone project work is quoted per scope. The seat ranges above cover ongoing roles. One-off builds, campaigns or design projects are priced against the approved scope. Ad spend and third-party software remain in your accounts at the provider’s rates.

Not sure how many hours you need? That is most of what a first call is for. Walk us through a normal week and we will tell you the seat count and the number.

Straight answers

Questions owners ask on the first call

What is an in-house virtual assistant agency?

It means the people doing your work sit in our own office rather than at home. We run a three-floor operations center where forty specialists work in dedicated teams, each assigned to specific client accounts, with a floor supervisor reviewing the work daily. Plenty of virtual assistant companies are networks of home-based contractors, which is a different product.

How is this different from hiring a freelance VA on a marketplace?

On a marketplace you are the manager. You screen, train, document the process, check the work and find backup coverage. Here a named supervisor reviews output daily, you receive written reporting, and a team keeps the process moving when someone is out.

What does it cost?

You hire a seat rather than a package. A part time seat is $600 to $900 a month for around 20 hours a week, and a full time seat is $1,000 to $1,600 for around 40 hours a week. There is no setup fee and no long-term contract. Standalone project work is quoted to an approved scope.

How fast can you start?

For functions we staff continuously, approved work can begin within 3 business days after required access is available. The first days cover tools, role assignment and a written workflow for each approved task. A specialist role that must be recruited takes longer, and the proposal states the expected start date.

What if the person assigned to me is not good?

Tell your supervisor and we replace them, at no extra charge. Because the account is documented and covered by a team, the replacement picks up where the last person left off instead of starting from zero. You should not need two months to find out somebody is not working out.

How do I know the work is getting done?

You get daily notes, a written weekly summary and a dashboard you can open without waiting for an exported report. Completed work stays in your systems, and each function has role-specific quality checks. Where the work involves calling, calls can also be recorded and scored.

Who owns my data, my CRM and my accounts?

You do, all of it. We work inside your accounts and your logins, never ours, so your CRM, ad accounts, phone numbers, leads, recordings and records stay in your name. You control access and can shut it off in a minute. Software subscriptions are billed to you direct by those providers at standard rates, with no markup from us.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

No. There is no setup fee and no lock-in, so you are month to month from day one. If you stop, everything is already in your own accounts, so nothing has to be handed back. We turn over anything we built and switch our access off.

Which industries do you work with?

We support businesses across the USA, with direct experience in HVAC and home services, real estate, law firms, marketing agencies, e-commerce, medical and dental, and B2B services. Roles can cover admin, customer service, bookkeeping support, sales, CRM, graphic design and digital marketing. We scope the process around your business and tools.

Next step

Tell us where the work is piling up

Book a 30 minute call. Walk us through a normal week and we will tell you what a team would cover, how many people it takes and what it costs. No obligation, and if we are not the right fit we will say so on the call.

A person reads every inquiry and you normally hear back within one business day.
